How does each day look like?

DAY 1: Lecture Day 

On day 1 of the 1:1 lash training, you'll embark on an enriching lecture session focused on all aspects of lash products, foundational techniques, and the art of creating customized lashes tailored to your clients' unique eye shapes. The day will commence with an in-depth exploration of various lash extension types, adhesives, tools, and essential products essential for the lash application process. You'll delve into the basics of lash hygiene, safety precautions, and industry standards to ensure optimal client comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, the session will provide invaluable insights into analyzing different eye shapes and understanding how to adapt lash styles to complement each client's natural features. By the end of the day, you'll emerge equipped with a comprehensive understanding of lash artistry fundamentals and ready to embark on your journey as a skilled lash technician, poised to create stunning, personalized lash designs for every client.

DAY 2: Hands on

On day 2 of the 1:1 lash training, you'll transition from theory to practical application with an immersive hands-on session dedicated to mastering the art of creating beautifully fanned lashes and precise placement techniques. The day will begin with a brief review of the foundational concepts covered on day 1 before diving into the intricacies of lash extension application. Under the guidance of your instructor, you'll have the opportunity to practice creating volume fans, perfecting your technique to achieve flawless symmetry and consistency. With the aid of a mannequin head, you'll hone your skills in isolating natural lashes, applying adhesive, and carefully positioning extensions to enhance lash length, volume, and curvature. Through interactive demonstrations and personalized guidance, you'll gain confidence in your abilities as you refine your craftsmanship and develop a keen eye for detail.

DAY 3: Live Model Day & How to create content

You'll have the exciting opportunity to apply your newfound skills in a real-world setting as you work on a one live model for lash extensions. Building upon the knowledge and techniques acquired during the previous days, you'll collaborate with your instructor to create a customized lash design tailored to your model's preferences and eye shape. Throughout the application process, you'll receive personalized feedback and guidance to ensure precision and perfection in every aspect of the procedure. Once the lash application is complete, you'll transition into the post-application phase, where you'll learn essential tips and tricks for capturing stunning photographs of your work. From lighting and angles to editing techniques, you'll gain valuable insights into showcasing your lash artistry effectively through captivating images. By the end of the day, you'll not only have delivered a beautiful set of lash extensions but also acquired invaluable skills in presentation and marketing to elevate your lash business to new heights.
